Lost Highway Video On TV!!!!

Ok, Ive just saw the lost highway video on the music channels... it was on the channel "b4" and its heading was "New Tracks"! has anyone else seen this and does that mean its now coming out in the uk?

I believe it was in the tour e-mail or one of the related press releases accompanying the ticket sales that stated that the DVD is out 26th Nov with the single to follow on Dec 3rd.
