Which do you prefer to hear Live?

I prefer Everyday, as when I hear It's My Life sung live, I don't think Jon can hit the "It's my liiiiiife" as well as on the studio recording.

Its My Life ROCKS live, iv heard Everyday a few times, and im sure it will grow on me but it doesnt match up to the expectations which IML left us. Im sure the crowd will still go mad though when its played...

i'd prefer to commit suicide than hear any of those 2 live but since i have no choice neither...

hate sing a long karaoke rubbish - each could have been a good song minus the choruses

Here's my opinion, Everyday is the worst song off of Bounce and It's My Life is the best off of Crush. I also love Its My Life LIVE. Everyday Live is SLOW, the guitars sound like crap and the intro is very corny.

IML is better live, its more powerful and has an inspirational chorus...i hate for it to be labelled prayer 2, cos its nothing like prayer. Also, recently its seem to be played with abit more umph.

It doesn't remind me of Britney. I like both songs and I don't think one is a copy of the other, but I understand why people say that. I think It's My Life is better live.

britney's songs all sound alike - each of above songs do also... same sort of drum loops, rhythms, and of course lyrics

To me, Bon Jovi and Britney are on two different plateaus. Bon Jovi's worst is 10 times better than Britney's best.

Well, in some ways I can see why people say this. IML is like the second part of Prayer. If anyone was wondering what happened to Tommy and Gina after Prayer, well, you know from IML that they "never backed down". It's not necessarily a Prayer wannabe or a Prayer copycat, but it's almost like a sequal to Prayer. In a good way.

Now, as for the original topic... IML is far better than Everyday. The message in both songs are strong and powerful- both optimistic and positive. However, musically... IML is just so superior. It took me months before I could sing Everyday because it wasn't the type of song that could get "stuck" in my head (which in some cases, is a good thing). It wasn't catchy enough. IML was WAY too overplayed, and right now I'm kind of iffy on this song. But I knew the FIRST time I heard it that it was amazing. And I loved it.

It's My Life, for sure.

they just did about 1000 takes of the song from different angles

from memory everyone was pissed off because they had the "beautiful" people segregated from the rest

it's my life live sounds more "tight" then everyday live. but everyday has better guitar work.

Everyday, on the whole, is a much better song than It's My Life, in my opinion. Furthermore, it's a better song live. I think the vocals on It's My Life when played live are just pathetic. Jon's voice is flat when he sings it. On the other hand, Everyday doesn't really have any difficult notes to hit, henceforth, Jon has no problem singing it.

Don't get me wrong, It's My Life is a great song, but it sounds pretty bad live.
