I love them! :D I have two of their albums, every single song is great!

I love Roxette, have all their albums, even though I don't think Roomservice and Have A Nice Day is their best work - too dance like.

I used to think they were great, they had some good songs. I might actually get their greatest hits album!! :lol:

Yeah I like them too, their 1995 Greatest Hits is one of my all time favourite albums. Their recent albums are not that good though there are some good songs on it.

I love the most:

But I got all of their albums and I'd like to see them live one day.

I like Roxette a lot, especially the older stuff. I haven't heard much of their latest music, I think it's changed somewhat. But the older ones are great. And I think Per Gessle is a very talented musician and songwriter. He's playing in Helsinki I think this week, I'd go if it was in Tampere.

Do you like Marie solo?

i like the older stuff, as more it has more guitars and less samples. per is a great songwriter and also a good musician, but i prefer when he is 'shut up' :lol: marie's voice fits perfectly to every song composed by per.

i have all their records, but i don't like what they're doing nowadays. it's the same with u2: i like the older 'rock' stuff... the new stuff it's extremely 'modern' 4 me 8)

This is very well put, I agree completely. Marie's voice is very fitting for the songs, and I like Per's backing vocals a lot, but Marie is still better as a lead singer for the songs.

And to me too, the newer stuff is too 'modern' to me, I prefer the older rocker stuff.

I'm also love them, especally their old music. I have Joyride and greatest hits with me. Some of there songs are really good, my fav are 'Joy ride', Must been love', 'Fade like flower' and 'The look' And also 'Sleeping in my car'. :P

Yep :( it was kinda expected, she was ill for a long time.

I saw them in 2015 om their last tour and left the show extremely sad. She sat the whole show, she couldn't walk without help and the singing wasn't that good either. On the other hand, the people tried hard to make it up for her, so the atmostphere was great.

Last year I went to Per Gessle's solo show which consisted of the biggest Roxette hits and his new English songs and I really enjoyed the show. The music will live on!
