Um they were a popular rock band in the '80s. Shouldn't be that surprising that there were crazy sex romps and some drug usage. It was all when they were younger and before being married. There's no way they are like that now.

In the book Starman they talk about the lost weekend in Oz so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Michael Francis the author of the book said there was alot on video and stuff that are very well hidden.

There could be something in this, after all Doc McGhee got busted for importing drugs, which is one of the reasons they fired him. Maybe there's more to this than what has come out.

I spy a nice big libel case on the horizon unless the author has been incredibly careful about how they've written the book.

Even if most of these are bullshits and exaggerations i think that bon jovi always hide the good stories and let only the safe ones go out, going to therapy as a band being one small example.
i always believed that this band was and remains in different ways far more rock n roll than most would imagine. because of jon's political correctness ana the fact that they have sorted out many power and artistic issues, unlike metallica, guns,aerosmith etc etc they show an ideal family friendly image

It'll probably be much ado about nothing. I mean, are any of us surprised that there was--OMG!!!--sex? And what's to make us think this source is telling the truth without exaggeration? Scandal sells.

he just answered me:
