Happy Easter guys. What r u up to this weekend ?

Weather here is awful so thinking about staying in and helping with decorating.

I'm at Fulham FC tomorrow (stewarding), then I have a week off. I'll be getting time-and-a-half pay for my Fulham shift :)

We are having dinner with our family on Sunday - basically with our kids since there isn't much left of the rest of the family. Should be a nice enjoyable, relaxing day.

For those of you that don't celebrate Easter - enjoy your holiday.

Happy Easter!

Please don't buy your kids real bunnies. Most bunnies bought for Easter wind up in shelters or stew pots.

I will second that Becky. No need to torture real bunnies. My kids always had big fluffy (bunny shaped) stuffed toys for this holiday.

I make a point of listening to this every Good Friday.

Sounds lovely plans guys. Hope u don't get to wet Mo!

Couldn't agree more wth Becky. We have a house bunny that we got from a sanctuary that she'd been at for over a year. She was found running round a housing estate. I think she only survived cos she is so big, the size of a large cat. We love her so much.

Most people don't realise that bunnies shouldn't be kept in small cages they need to be able to run. U only need to see her running high speed round in the garden to know this.

I'm off to buy choc bunnies for my friends today. None for me I'm on a diet :)

I've gone from having no plans to having twice the plans. :)

Here's a quick, easy, light recipe I'm using for tomorrow:

1 small tub FF SF Cool Whip
1 package FF SF Instant Pudding Mix
1 15 oz can of crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 11 oz can of mandarin orange slices (drained)
1 12 oz can diced peaches (drained)
about 1 cup mini marshmallows

Drain oranges and peaches. Mix pudding with pineapple with juice. Add Cool Whip. (Toss cat off counter.) Add drained oranges and peaches. Add marshmallows. Stir well. (Toss cat off counter). Chill before serving.

Of course you can use other fruits. Keep in mind if you use fresh fruit, do not add it until ready to serve--bananas and apples will turn black and get mushy. Strawberries get watery and make your salad wet.
