Have we been blaming or crediting the wrong guy for Jon's vocals the entire time? Is Michael Brauer really the final sound we get and not so much Shanks?

If we're honest Jon is the main reason his vocals sound the way they do. I'm genuinely interested to know if he is working to improve them or not.

Very interesting...would love a 20 minute in depth version of that. IMO This House is probably the best mixed song on the album - the vocal mix especially is incredible. Don't have the CD to hand - did this guy do the whole album? I also thought Shanks did it....

On a side note, I really like that Bad Medicine from Sau Paulo, really fun performance. Crowd looked really energetic too.

I would like to watch the full thing, only thing is that you have to be a pro member and that costs $329, which I find ridiculous.

The rough mixes (Artist + Producer) are almost the same, so these mix engineers basically are just balancing, wider, brighter, lower... Then John Shanks comes and make some comments; then Jon Bon Jovi comes in, he makes his changes and his comments are generally two things: how the vocals are projecting and how the drums sound, until JBJ is happy...

If there is one show from this tour to be released, it's that one...

Link for IBTFY. They really need to work on the audio mixing, you can barely hear the crowd. The Montreal Night 2 version was better than this but still fine by today's standards.

That's probably because they only have the feed from the Soundboard saved (i.e. the stuff that is captured by the microphones for the mixing desk). Stuff that is properly set up for a live recording usually also consists of microphones capturing the arena acoustics/audience noise for a better live feel. I highly doubt that they have these during their standard tour shows.

Has anybody confirmed that this audio is from Montreal??? The video is an audience recording and he has a few other audience recordings as well however, This House is the only one where he replaced the AUD audio with SBD audio...

I think the audio is ripped from one of the 2017 concerts...

I'll add this from Atlanta (although no Intro or Outro). When the tour is over, I'm making a DVD of all the Pro Shots... I'll also add list of all videos on the OP.

Don't do it!!! The monstrosity that is Jon Bon Jovi's voice in 2018 should never be recorded, distributed, or heard.

And who still makes DVDs (from HD videos) these days? :D

I'm calling it a 'DVD'!!! How else should I describe it? A collection of AVI/MP4 files that I'll keep on an SD Card arranged in a particular order? Is that better?

Can't wait to get our Philly Soundboard of Bad Name today... can't have enough of those in my collection... (sarcasm - not sure what song we're getting - Just playing the odds)

Actually, I'm going with Who Says as my first choice and Raise Your Hands as a second... Bad Name will be my third...

I don't think Amen and BOR will be an option bring that there are no cameras in that section...

BTW, those cameras are fantastic. If they are just recording the same footage they show fans on the screens during the shows, they should release more stuff during the tours... what a waste to have those cameras and not record everything or it's even more of a waste to record everything and keep it in a vault forever...
