I think that the only rarities we'll see on both nights will be I'll Be There For You, I'd Die For You or Memory. Maybe even Always on night 2 if Jon is in the mood.

I laugh at what some people class as rarities... I’ll be there for you ? Memory ? Jesus.... I class a rarity as Wild is the wind or Shot through the heart ....

As I remember someone said that Edge Of A Broken Heart was rehearsed early 2000's. Maybe 2000 or 2001?

Of course he's never gonna perform it.

Never heard of that. Jon talked about the song on the Box Set bonus DVD, acknowledging it was a fan favorite, apologizing for not having put it on SWW and hence spawning hopes of them performing it on upcoming tours. As of now, I'm not even sure he remembers that track.

Well, they are rarities now. They barely play those I mentioned.
