If I remember correctly all the planes were always leased for the duration of a leg or tour.

I'll reply to my own comment... sadly, he did. The show was absolutely appalling - BOR and LYHOM were the only (semi-)decent performances. At least Jon still sounded like himself back in December 2013 :(
