They have been pretty similar to me (for what I have seen on YouTube)

In definitely not having the motivation to watch these shows up and down YouTube to find a favorite because I surely won't find any. Maybe Sao Paulo, but that's it then.

THINFS has been the worst and poorest tour ever done by BJ. It’s not a question of which show was the best, but which one wasn’t so bad. RIR2017 was fantastic mostly due to the insane crowd, but the band and specially Jon were miles behind their usual standards up until 2011.

Yep. I think that sums up the whole scenario perfectly.

It seems that Jon did not have air in his lungs!
I saw wanted dead or alive from Wembley and it looks like we have a problem here. They have a good stage crew but as a band the sound like...bored.

Sao Paulo in terms of energy. Vocally there hasn't been a single one worthy to call good.

I was at 3 of the shows on your list:
Greenville
Vegas
Prudential #2

They were all great shows for different reasons. I was impressed at Greenville by Jon’s humility, he was pointing at signs, smiling, blowing kisses, and in general was so humble (something unusual for him.) And I was shocked they played Always.
The Vegas show had the surprise of I got the girl, with Steph showing up. That was a great moment.
Prudential was a longer show than usual, with the surprise of These Days! Security sucked though, I had an 8th row aisle seat and people from behind crowded on top of me in the aisle the whole show. Security did not have control of the situation. This was probably my favorite show of these three, with Greenville a close second.

I was at both Liverpool and London and,for me,Liverpool was a better show than London.
Anyway, those UK shows are the best,Jons vocals, had been since 2013

You should know that Jon was never a good live singer when you go to Bon Jovi concerts. With 57 years you are surely going to hear that in some parts but his bad voice doesn't affect the great atmosphere in the stadium.

This journalist has no idea that Jon was a great live singer at least until the end of the 2011 tour.

Then how come the threads discussing the state of Jon's vocals can be traced back to the existence of this board (2002)?

I think the journalist knows better than you here. I think your definition of 'great' is different to most. I'd call up to 1996 'great' and up to 2011 'decent' (with some bad nights off, most notably 2003 and 2006).

You must be kidding. The ORF praises the concerts from Andreas Gabalier (a successful austrian musican, i have no idea what the english name for this type of music is) and how great he is but he can't even sing. Then they say Jon was never a great singer. That is ridiculous.

Jon Bon Jovi was never a great singer.....

That was probably one of Jon's greatest vocal performances ever, as well as this:

I think it's fair to say that Jon never had a good singing technique. However his natural voice, and harmonies with Richie who had a very good technique, made up for it.

Great singer doesn't mean great technique...jon's best years technically have been 2008-2011

And have a great technique doesnt mean be a great singer
Jons best years techically could have been 08-11 but Jon was a better singer in 1991-1996

I get the feeling people are getting caught up in language. It's very fair to say that Jon sounded his best 91-96. But in terms of his singing technique he wasn't at his best there. The fact he could sound as decent as he did 2008-11 with fairly ruined pipes shows his technique there was pretty good.

Ouch!!... Thanks.

I agree... “Great” is of course relative so it’s valid, if we’re comparing to 2019 like that journalist did...
I personally LOVE Keep The Faith tour even more than TD or NJ tours...

That comment was about Vienna or Klagenfurt?
