"Lay Your Hands On Me" Live
 

Who here also doesn't like the backing vocals of "Lay Your Hands On Me" when played live?

I'm not a big fan of Lay Your Hands On Me live in general

LYHOM is one of the more schitzo Jovi songs to me.
I've heard great live versions of it, and I've heard horrible ones.

I actually like it live a zillion times better than on record. There are some lame versions though...

The album version just rocks!
But I really liked the performance from this song in the European LH Tour this year.

Personally, i like the NJ version with jon coming through the stage. Used to like the marching band vefsion but its kinda cheesy. Favourite version is "welcome to jonny's church", like the Live in london version, love it. But yeah, album is the best.

Definitely doesn't translate as well live. I suppose if I had to choose, I'd go with the New Jersey Tour, as it's the only time it sounded natural.
