This sounds pretty good. Did you change the mix as well or did you just add guitars?

Youtube sucks, it actually sounds a lot better. I added Rickysambo's guitars, then used various programs to tweak and fit volumes, sharpness, and more without losing quality of the original track. All the sources used were in WAV quality, so it was worth it.

In this link you can download it to check. Include the two versions in mp3 & Wav

Rickysambo is the real hero, great guitar work, and what a killer solo.

I think it's nicely done considering all you've got is the stereo track and not each individual track seperately. It shows that just like with many Bon Jovi songs of the past 20 years, if not all, that with a better musical arrangement the songs turn easily into greatness. I'm not a fan of all the guitar work but the solo is pretty good and does hint to Sambora greatness indeed.

Thanks. That is why I made two versions. Version with guitar solo, and the version with all guitar work . My trend when listening to the new album 2020 suggests that I listen to the Guitar Solo version. But when I do a random playlist my preference is the Perfect Version.

Why is everyone so obsessed with this pic?

It's a reference to the "20/20 vision", the original meaning of the title

Even Shanks ends his liner notes with "20/20"

Its what he was wearing when he thought he saw the men in orange coats beating up Bono!

Are they meant to be something like an old fashioned pair of 2020 vision glasses??

That image is on the DVD, I also think it's because his: "In the title there is an easy and ironic reference to the election year, but what I want to say is that now I have a clear vision, 20/20. I got there after the complicated period from which the previous records were born, those born in a complicated period between the abandonment of Richie Sambora or the dispute with the record company, and personal things such as the failed attempt to buy a football team."
They look like War German Safety Goggles.
Some interesting quotes:
"And that allowed me the opportunity to rethink what I was saying and to go back into each and every song and look at it lyrically."
"I thought that the last thing that the world needed was a rock band to release a record."
"I certainly would be eligible to be the poster boy of white privilege, so who I am to think that I can write this song?
So I wrote down, 'I'll never know what it's like to walk a mile in your shoes.'"

Great job, whenever I listen to limitless it is crying out for a break then solo just after that section. 2020 is a nice surprise based on my expectations but as with most post 2000 releases it could have been so much better, with little extra time and effort. Beautiful Drug is another that is in need of something more to make it a better song... maybe it's that patched in solo that doesn't fit, or just sounds messy.
