Couldn’t believe they played two songs from the Power Station sessions and (despite the poor quality) sounded rather good and fit in quite nicely with the rest of the set. Not to mention the story behind Jon not wanting any recordings from TPS to be released.

No idea where I got it from. Probably that old “Crush Magazine” site.

I think there was another show in early 2011 where stuff like Lonely got played as well. Can't remember two nights in 2009. Maybe someone can clear that up.

I'm not sure how reliable this site is but according to it, there were two dates in 2009, February 23rd and 24th.

"Lonely" was played in 2011 according to the above link, but nothing from The Power Station Years.

I must admit, I do feel quite regretful overlooking this era of the band now.

The soundboard recording from the fan club has Don't Leave Me Tonight and Head Over Heels (as well as Lonely).

Thanks. I checked it out shortly afterward. Sounds rather good.

Genius! Thank you! :)

Edit: Weirdly at 17.44 he definitely sings "All the Richie's that money can bring". It's like he knew what would happen in 2013 :o

Weird that in this show, head over heels has a sax solo but live it was just Bobby. How much of the show was overdubbed?! Weird....
