Some of the clips made the show, but a lot of them didn't. Jon even talks about his first recording session -- the famous song R2D2 We Wish You A Merry Christmas! :lol:

I debated whether to put it in one of the other 60 Minutes threads but made a new one because it is new footage. My apologies if I made the wrong choice. I'm sure a moderator can fix it.

Thanks a lot Terri, the extra clips are great... love the Mariah story, that recording studio is a mess and needs a good tidy up... cant see Mariah being there with it being in that state!

What is that guy doing to his neck in the backstage section.... a neck massage while your having your hair dried of sweat.... mmm nice !

I think some of these scenes were left out as he comes across as aware of the camera being there...

Jon definitely deserved a massage that night. That segment was filmed at the Nashville show -- the one that was so hot, and that was the break between the main set and the encore. I really thought Jon looked about done-in at the end of that show. I was impressed that they didn't drop anything that night. A friend got Richie's set list, and they played exactly what had been planned.

What he says about him ?

He doesn't say anything. In one of the extra clips titled "backstage", you see Richie, David and Jon saying their hellos and hugging him and he says something to the effect that he will meet them after they change.
