The singer doesn't look a thing like Jon even with the clothes, sunglasses and haircut, WAY overdoes his moves, and sounds like that one guy from your school years who thinks he's going to be the biggest rock star on the planet someday but behind his back everyone's laughing at him as he's completely unable to sing :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: I chose the more pleasant option of emotion, the other one being just purely cringing...

EDIT: To top it off, the rest of the band clearly are perfectly competent musicians and at times sound even great doing these songs. The singer really doesn't deserve them.

Have you by now analyzed every Jon video out there or has the obsession simply grown that big that cover and tribute band singers will be examined now as well?

Btw, does anybody here know/remember an old tribute band named Bon Jordi? It seems these guys were quite popular back in the day - I think they even recorded an album of Jovi tunes at some point:

And by now they are great (apart from the bassist, who's a bit clumsy at times - especially on the KTF intro). Ally, the singer, does an absolutely spot on portrayal of roughly OWN era Jon, albeit with a bit more of a raspy tone than post-2k JBJ in general (more like 90s style vocals). Apart from the aforementioned bassist, the rest of the band are extremely tight and professional as well.
