Compared to previous show at Foxborough the band played fewer songs and did no fan favourites. Aside from the new songs from This House Is Not For Sale (which were essentially swapped for the new songs from Because We Can) the only setlist changes were Lay Your Hands On Me and Amen. Amen had been played in 2013, the last time Jon sang Lay Your Hands On Me in Boston was 2001, making Lay Your Hands On Me the rare song of the night. Yep.

The last time Bon Jovi played Boston was 2011, though the band did play Gilette Stadium in Foxborough in 2013, which is about 30 minutes from Boston. Previous show's only surprise was Always in the encore. The last time Bon Jovi played anything rare in Boston was 2011 when Just Older appeared in the main set and Dry County opened the encore.

I love your optimism, but unfortunately you will get the same b grade set as every other show this tour with the exception Jons voice will be that tiny bit worse .

What do you mean? It’s not like Jon’s voice declines more and more every night.

At this point, Jon's voice is exactly the same. He just has some nights better than others.
