Geez I never thought too much of these guys, always thought them just cashing in on old fame....so, hearing black hole sun from live 8 kinda got me interested. Ended up listening and buying the cds...listening more, and actually there's a hell of a lot more than them "hits". Combining best aspects of Soundgarden and Rage against the machine. Anyway, there's no actual point in posting this, just ranting about giving another chance. Go check them out if u still haven't.

I've come to the painful conclusion that Chris sings Black Hole Sun accoustic cause it is the only way he can still give a halfway decent performance on that song. :(

well to think of it, i guess it would be better to bury the past and stick to audislave only. gotta go bootleg hunting to get a chance to form an opinion.

of course not, but you said to stick to audioslave only, so I assumed you didn't like any of the other stuff.

I assume he referred to the fact that you said Chris couldn't perform Black Hole Sun like he used to anymore. Or that is how I read it.

Either way, I'm still not over the fact Stone's into 'those hairy apes' nowadays :D
