The strongest bond
 

I have always wondered, which is the strongest friendship bond between two of the band members?

After Richie left, it became clear that the one between Jon and him wasn’t.

What do you think?

Jon and Lemma.

Richie and Tico.

Do not make me laugh. The guy was always ignored as a songwriter, and still is. David was the first to say publicly that the thing was not a path of roses within the band..... is not great but good enough and not bad enough to stay on that ship.

If there was a strong friendship within the band, it was Jon and Richie. Currently, it would be Jon and J. Shanks.

I agree with this one. Jon and David may not have the writing in common but I think they have a strong friendship. I was at the night 4 show at Giants in 2010 when Jon tore his knee up. David was the first one to grab Jon and get him down the stairs after the show was over - and he had to come forward from back by the piano. Everyone else helped but David was right there.

JBJ looks stressed (maybe because his voice)
DB looks bothered (maybe because his musicals)
TT looks tired (maybe because his age)
Hugh looks careless (maybe because he still doesn't feel an "official member")
Shanks looks angry (maybe because he does must of the job in the songs and nobody cares)
Phil X looks selfish (maybe because he feels the savior of the "band" caused by Richie's absence)
Everett looks happy (maybe becaus he is the weirdo of all)
So I definitely go with JBJ/Shanks...

Hugh and Alec John Such. Hugh arguably owes his career to Alec!

Jon and David. If he was that unhappy he could have walked long ago, especially with a Broadway career. They've been playing together since 17. You dont need to be in the inner circle of writing to have a close friendship.

I think Jon and Tico or Jon and Shanks.

And Jon & David. Though the bond is different in this situation compared to Shanks.

Richie & Tico for sure

And Richie and Jon above all.

Richie & Jon still talk to each other, maybe they hang out too, but in secret. :)
