Kansas, one show in NYC and one in NJ, both got cancelled because of Sandy... I lost $1000 that i'd spent on flights, no refunds since the airline didnt cancel anything on that day (first day after the hurricane that flights were running again). Oh well, the shows will be rescheduled and I'll just have to take a deep breathe and spend another $1000 on new flights LOL.

Mike tramp last night solo acoustic,last time I saw him was with White Lion in89 supporting Crue in front of about 10,000 people. Last night he had an audience of about 80 but he didn't care,he just wanted to play music. Met him too,really nice bloke and very humble too.

I love James but I don't care about Echo and the Bunnymen .

Echo & The Bunnymen are long standing friends of JAMES and have supported them before in the past. This is a JAMES tour, Echo are again the support act.

Interesting. I catch james every time they come round, just didn't fancy getting tickets for a double headliner with a band I don't like.

I shall have to round up the troops.

SKIN (kickin' ass) and Little Angels (suckin' balls. left in the middle of the show!) on Sunday. Opening act was a Scottish band called the Temperance Movement (definitely someone for the next Bandstand!)

Monday I saw THIN LIZZY with the QUIREBOYS opening for them. Never get tired of Thin Lizzy and this might have been their last ever gig which is such a shame. Anyhow, I ended up partying with the Quireboys which was surreal :D Such a fun bunch of blokes. And aged really well. They actually sounded pretty damn good too. Was a mental night. God, I love rock 'n' roll!

I recently discovered this band, great news they are touring will be getting a ticket on pay day!

Just about to head off overseas again to Disneyland/LA/Vegas, so I will be seeing the mighty Steel Panther at the HOB on February 16th. I am probably going to go see Stone Sour/Papa Roach as well on the 15th February...my wife was going to catch that one but she is now pregnant and has been feeling a little crook...gonna try and take advantage of that and go see it in her place. Caring husband and all.

Green Day in Tempe, AZ. I bought me and my sister tickets because I'm trying to cheer her up after some family tragedies since they're her favorite band. It's a little, 1000-capacity theater which is odd because the rest of their tour is doing big arenas. Even though I'm not a fan, I should have a nice time.

Grace Potter & The Nocturnals and the Tedeschi Trucks Band co-headlining at RED ROCKS in Colorado in June! I'm so excited about seeing a show at that venue that I can't stand it. :cool:
