Just bought Stereophonics ticket for the O2 in November...so so happy! :)

Went to see Mumford & Sons yesterday in the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. Great company, great liveshow and a great venue but we had the most shite audience I've ever been a part of. They participated when it were songs you can participate in but when a more quite song was played everybody started talking on a high volume. Greatly annoying and ruined the experience a bit for me. M&S played for 1 hour and 45 minutes and it was a brilliant show. Too bad we had an audience with an intellect and behaviour of a spoiled three-year-old. Ah well....

I salute you,
TS

Mumford & Sons are incredibly good on stage, the energy they convey is so contagious it's hard to stay indifferent, even if you're not too big of a fan. so sorry to hear the crowd weren't up to job, TS. the crowd were the key factor that made my show truly epic. maybe fly here next time? ;)

Emisambora 04-03-2013 03:32 AM

Last month I attended to a Crashdiet gig.
One of the best post 2000 sleeze metal band (in studio and live).

In 12 days I´ll see the father of RnR: Chuck Berry.

Crushgen24/88 04-03-2013 05:12 AM

Fall Out Boy in September.

Thierry 04-03-2013 04:36 PM

I saw Gaslight Anthem on the 1st of April, the sound was so bad and I didn't like their set and songs at all. Waste of money.

Panda 04-03-2013 06:54 PM

Bought floor tickets for Mumford & Sons on May 21!!!!

Budge 04-03-2013 07:27 PM

Captain Walrus 04-03-2013 07:58 PM

GC for Jovi (or whatever percentage of them will actually be there) at Hyde Park. Plus im at the O2 right now to see Biffy Clyro

Roxannah 04-11-2013 01:37 AM

Def Leppard & Whitesnake & Europe ~ June 28th at Santiago de Compostela, Spain. they're having 4, 4! dates in Spain and none here :puppydog:

i'm quite excited for this because i've never seen Europe live and this gig is 2 days after Bon Jovi's gig in Lisbon. it will be a good week, à la Manchester 2008. i don't think i've ever had an album night at any concert and it's pretty cool that Hysteria will be my first. i also hope to get Foolin' for the first time.

hometownboy 04-11-2013 02:58 AM

Last week I got tickets to see The Rolling Stones in Hyde Park! Can't wait.

linnea.cfc32_jovibandana 04-11-2013 12:42 PM

Kansas' 40th anniversary concert with all original members back for one night only.... since they're one of my 3 favourite bands ever I'm over the moon. Saw them in NYC and NJ a little over 2 months ago and can't wait to go back across the pond. This one will be in Pittsburgh.

Budge 04-16-2013 02:13 PM

Just got tickets for "The Killers" at Wembley, with support from The Gaslight Anthem & JAMES.. it's a busy month of June gigs for me.:D

bonjovi821 04-25-2013 08:47 AM

Black Sabbath, Los Angeles California.

Holy shit.

Yep.. my thoughts exactly. The Killers tickets were on sale weeks ago and I wasn't going, but the announcement of JAMES as being specially invited to support them a week or so ago forced my hand. The Gaslight Anthem is an added big bonus.

I saw JAMES last night at the Manchester Arena, full house and absolutely in top form, they never disappoint, the place was bouncing. Can't wait for Wembley.

Pity you can't make it.:(

Jim Bon Jovi 04-27-2013 06:09 PM

If it was a better headliner I'd be all over it but the few times I've seen the killers at festivals they've been very hit or miss.

Beside's I'm really looking forward to this festival we're playing. Didn't make it last year and apparently its got a great vibe and is generally arsehole free which will make a nice change from T in the Park.

ezearis 04-28-2013 01:18 AM

Just bought my ticket for Iron Maiden :D

Spidey5150 05-01-2013 06:10 PM

Guns n' Roses just announced a show in Buffalo June 5th! I'm very pumped. Apparently it's their first gig here since 1992. For many members in the band it'll be their first gig here overall. Tickets go on sale on Friday and I'll definitely be acquiring one.

Raz0r 05-05-2013 03:15 AM

Last show I went to was Bon Jovi during the Have a Nice Day tour. My wife got pregnant shortly after that, so I've had little time to catch a show since. Though Def Leppard will be coming close to here in a few months, and they have Slash opening for them. I might not be able to pass on that, even though its a bit of a hike.

BJ puts on a hell of a live show, but I don't think I'll go see them again. It's just way to expensive.

I wanted so badly to go to that show, Santiago is my home town and I love all 3 bands. Unfortunately I'm living in the States now and won't be able to visit Spain for a while. :(

Def Lep will be heading my way in July though, and Slash will be opening for them, which is cool because I'm also big Slash fan. But I really wanted to see Europe too. I loved their last album, Bag of Bones.

Sambo-Chris 05-21-2013 06:41 PM

well, you won't be missing out on the Lepps and will still see Slash as a bonus, not all is lost :) it will be my first time in Santiago too, so that should be good.

do you happen to know if it's possible to switch between the standing area and the seated area at the Multiusos Fontes do Sar? my friend got tickets for the seated area without consulting me and i feel i could kill her. i just can't seem to enjoy a concert in the stands. since the tricket price for both areas is the same, i'm kinda hoping.

Seeing The Shock Therapy Tour with Marilyn Manson and Alice Cooper tonight in Buffalo! Alice Cooper has Orianthi slinging axe for him. I'm very excited. Unfortunately I wasn't able to talk any of my friends into going with me. I think Manson scares them. Pussies. Cooper did an interview with a local paper where he said he hopes for and anticipates a return of "that Motley Crue, Bon Jovi era" when talking about how much better rock was in the 80's versus today.

Also, the Guns n' Roses concert I saw last week was phenomenal. Axl's voice, while not 100%, was very strong and though he struggled at certain moments there were songs, notably Nighttrain, that he absolutely nailed perfectly. And I have no idea how he's so fat b/c he's all over that stage. Probably moves more in one song than Jon does in an entire show. He's a great frontman, and his hired guns were all phenomenal. I do love me some DJ Ashba.

ezearis 06-28-2013 06:38 PM

Aerosmith and MUSE just confirmed their dates here, tickets aren't on sale yet but I'm SO GOING to those two.

Spidey5150 07-27-2013 10:40 PM

Any fans of old school R&B / Hop-Hop? Bell Biv DeVoe is playing a free show in Buffalo tonight. I'm going. I only know 2 songs of theirs but I know it'll be a ton of fun and I'm very excited

Emma's Imagination last night in Glasgow.

She won a talent show a few years ago - a sort of anti X-Factor which was shown on Sky and featured only real musicians playing their own songs - and she eventually got signed to Gary Barlow's record label, but the first album was very overproduced for the sort of cool acoustic stuff she does best.

She's now got her own label after Barlow closed his down, and gone back to her roots, and last night's show was pretty spellbinding stuff even though she only played for an hour.

I've never watched a show so mesmerising where I didn't want to hear a pin drop, or even sing-along to the songs I knew because I just wanted to listen to her voice.

Her cover of the Deftones is very cool too.

Just bought more Guster tickets for Nov 30, Dec 1. Also bought some Janice Joplin Review tickets on Broadway.

And we just saw the Stereophonics here in New York - they were awesome. Far better than I expected for some reason - a great night of enjoyable music.

bonjovi821 09-27-2013 09:46 AM

Taking my mom to see Andrea Bocelli for Christmas, since she loves him. Not my style but, hey.

Stereophonics can be a bit ropey but when they're on form they're great live. I once lost and then refound a shoe at one of their gigs when I was but a lad.

I've not found out the details yet but a friend of mines wedding band recently played with them somehow or other.

MrBrownstone 10-09-2013 10:14 PM

Just bought tickets for Gun & Logan at th ABC in Glasgow in December and Black Stone Cherry in London an Glasgow for Feb.
