Scans Of Old Magazine Interviews 1992-1995
 

i decided to scan some old kerrang!, rip, and metal hammer interviews to my photobucket account. Some interesting bits: Metal Edge interview:Jon mentions Drinking Song as a separate track from This Ain't A Love Song (not a parody of TAALS, as has been mentioned by some fans online) and even gives a few lyrics from the track. Also, there's a rare in-depth interview with Alec from Metal Hammer during his leave from the band. hope you guys like 'em!

Looking at these photos and I remember every single one of those Kerrang! photos.

Brilliant! Thanks for your work. I love those old interviews as they can give some insight into (mainly) Jon's thoughts of the band's 90s output when it was freshly released.

My jaw is on the floor. Alec going on about how Richie has to rely on more people, I....wow, these are some great interviews.

I'm looking SO forward to reading them! Is the one with Alec the one they kind of screened over during Behind The Music when they talked about dismissing Alec? It looks so damn familiar...

yeah, the interview with Alec from Raw magazine was screened over on the BTM. There's also an interview with Jon, in which he states that Alec claims he was taken out of context in the Raw interview. Glad everyone's digging the articles ;)

Just read the article with Alec. Yeah, crystal clear why Jon kicked him out. You don't trash your boss publicly like that, especially one who doesn't like having their business aired publicly like Jon.
