Mario got to commemorate his eighth fundraiser and fourth anniversary of his meeting Jon during a THINFS Madison Square Garden soundcheck. He's fourteen now -- look at how much he hasn't grown.

Does cancer or more specific bone cancer inhibit growth?

Mario has brain tumors, not bone cancer. My guess is that either his chemotherapy or medication has interfered with his growth hormones.

Tico said that after the first time he quit cigarettes (he started at age 15), he grew an inch.

When did Tico stop smoking?

Well, I DID say the FIRST time he quit, LOL!

Someone once told me that he couldn't quit for good until after he stopped considering himself a smoker and started considering himself a nicotine addict.

I think Tico has cut cigarettes down if not out, and restricts himself to cigars these days.
