Green Room - Ricoh
 

There doesn’t seem to be an official Coventry thread yet (unless I’m blind and clearly missed it).

Has anyone been to the green room at the Ricoh before? What’s it like? I love the idea of it as I cannot stand the rush to get out at the end, public transport nightmare! Seems like a really good idea.

Feels strange posting here again. Was a regular here up until about 10 years ago. Don’t know if anyone will remember me.

I saw it advertised did you end up going?

I did. Before and after the show. It was great fun actually and made getting a taxi back to the hotel a lot easier as we left at midnight.

We went into the casino adjacent to the stadium before and after and couldn’t believe how reasonable the food and drink was.

Also after the show they had a brilliant rock covers band on who I have to say we’re better than the band we had just witnessed in the GC!

It made getting away a breeze in the early hours. The roads were deserted and there were still 30+ taxis waiting to take everyone home.
