We'd say 23 is a lucky number this SEPTEMBER. Folks in the PHILADELPHIA area can expect a whole SPECTRUM of news to be announced in the next 10 days. Life is like a FOOTBALL game. Though it might be a ROCKY road getting to the endzone, we know that if you've got SOUL you'll win. And it's a story worth covering in PRINT, TV and RADIO. So, keep checking back here for NEWS about a BON JOVI sighting in the City of Brotherly Love.

So the new Arena Football Expansion team is going to be announced at the place of the filming of Rocky... somewhere by they staircase he climbed... as for Soul.... I am guessing maybe a performance with a little Soul??

The Rocky statue is not where he ran up the steps at the Art Museum. The powers that be (art snobs) only allowed that for one year when the statue was first given to the city then moved it in front of the Spectrum which is a sports arena. The Soul will be playing at the Spectrum.

ah so thats what the oompas meant they said something like BJ will be in Philly some time but just made us curious without saying anything
