If you look on the cover of the CD you see that it is Jon.

If it's from the Very Special XMAS cd live from DC that you're talking about then it's Jon for sure. It was on tv before the y released it on cd and Jon sang Blue Chrismas but intetionally did it all Elvis like - so that's probably what's confusing you. Listen to the Elvis version then listen to Jon doing it Elvis-style.
