It's at the Rock Hall. They're setting up big-screen TVs in all of the theaters in the hall, plus the hall's main stage and the open area of Level 0. I was hoping it was going to be on the theater screens in the theaters, but apparently those are only going to be big-screen TV as well. Rock Hall tweeted this in reply to a question about cameras:

Cameras are allowed but they can’t be considered professional equipment grade, which includes detachable lenses or external flash

I don't know if the same applies to videoing. If it is allowed, I will try to get video, but I have NO idea how to stream it. If someone wants to give me a crash course, I can try to do it. But I can't guarantee anything. I'm many things - good and bad - but a competent videographer is not one of them! :D
