I wondered too - hope it is nothing serious but imo he looked older at this event than he has at anything in a long time. His face seemed drawn and tired. Maybe it's nothing but a bad day - we all have them.

He didn't look well here too. Since this was shortly after recovering from bronchitis I figured he looked gaunt because he had been sick, but now I wonder if there's something else going on with him.

I'm worried about him but looks good with his family, not at music related events. Maybe the whole music business has just worn him out.

I know he's extremely thin. I'm sure a little weight gain would perk him up. Hope we have him around for a long, long time to come.

I feel the same way but then I see him looking good and happy with his family. My gut feeling says the smoking has really caught up with him. I sure hope not.

It'll be more than the smoking if so. Poor diet, drink, lack of exercise, stress, lack of sleep etc... It'll all have a big factor.

JBJ in 2015 really put the weight on, in my opinion. His hair and weight gain (not saying he was overweight but he had a stomach on him) made me think he'd given up completely.

During the THINFS tour, he looked like he'd lost the gut but he looked shattered for 90% of it.

Listen, I know the man is 55 and I know he has stopped caring about his appearance but he's looking ill and it's just a bit strange.

Probably is something of nothing, hopefully!

The lack of vocal power and energy on stage is much more of an indicator of Jon's physical condition than the grey hair that we keep going on about. I think dyed hair often looks tacky on older men - it suits some of course, but as the face ages (as Jon's certainly has), the hair should change to match.

Honestly, when it comes to looks, I thought that Jon looked cooler the THINFS promo than he has since LH or HAND. Mature, gritty and serious - not at all glamorous or goofy as he often came across in previous years. I still stand by the assertion that Jon should give some facial hair a go, but who gives a shit. I just want him to be comfortable in his own skin - maybe then he can regain some confidence and improve on the vocal/songwriting front!

I donīt care if he has grey hair or not but when I look at this pic from rehearsals, I want to tell him to just let it go.
It looks painful and I canīt believe singing like this is still fun for him.
