Just more stuff we all already have. I was really hoping for a holiday gem.

Hopefully next week we get something that isn't readily available in good quality. Would love something from 1996, except Yokohama #2.

Going by our luck in recent weeks, we'll get that one from 1996 (if we get any)

I would say it was inevitable tbh.

Same with a lot of songs live obviously but I loved the outro when I heard it at the palladium.

I genuinely think THINFS sounded so much better as an album live than it did in the studio. And that's with Jon not sounding too great really.

one of the reasons that I only listen to the live cd of the Palladium, I never listen to the studio album... doesnt sound good at all, even Knockout that is silly as heck sound bigger and cooler live

I'm into this choice if it is one of the full shows. Both nights night pretty good sets from memory. I think night 1 would be the preference personally. Good representation of the later Lost Highway tour setlist.

Yeah if it's the full show soundboard. My hopes are dirt low it will just be the dvd audio.

The second night draws my attention to the role, Saturday Night is there, and the opening with Glad All Over would be good to listen to.

But probably it will be the audio from the DVD.

:(

I always found Glad All Over to be one of their boring covers. Not in the completely down there with I Want You To Want Me or Peppermint Twist, but rather dull. So that's one rare song I wouldn't aspire having a Soundboard of

Rdkopper 12-16-2021 10:34 PM

Just another huge disappointment. I was going to hang onto to Sirius but now I'm thinking of canceling that too.

Why not Central Park?

A few months back all we heard about were The Vaults and 2000+ Archived Shows... and we just keep get then same recycled stuff over and over... Watch Zurich 2000 be next.

One question, does the live version of Any Other Day included in Lost Highway Special Edition 2010 belong to Madison Square Garden 2008?

EDIT.

When Jon introduces each member of the band he seems to fit this one (Night 2 - July 15)

The same MSG that was also used for the Greatest Hits DVD

Love this show, and it will be great to have a version without the annoying singalong from someone near the taper in the audience version.

Nice choice. But still they remain true to their use of pre-mixed shows since we already have soundboards of Tumblin' Dice, Crazy, Heaven Help Us, Walking The Dog and House Of The Rising Sun (and maybe even more I forgot about).

Where did Walking The Dog get released? I think I missed that.

rolo_tomachi 12-23-2021 02:58 PM

I think you are not seeing the good:

Rockin 'All Over The World
(It's Hard) Letting You Go
Lie to me
Damned
Someday I'll Be Saturday Night
These days
Always
I Wish Everyday Could Be Like Christmas
Run rudolph run

It's 1995, that's cool man. I hope Obie doesn't skip anything this time.

Hugh used to have it on his homepage back then.

I do. That's why I wrote "nice choice" ;)
But it's still a show they have had lying around for decades, so they remain true to their selection.

Getting a SBD of I Wish Everyday (The 92 rehearsal is out of tune) and faster paced Run Rudolph is a nice addition to the Christmas collection. I was hoping for Drummer Boy and Silent Night.

The 95 version is slower than what they played in 2005. And from one of the Continental Airlines Arena shows does a soundboard of Run Run Rudolph exist.

The one that they broadcast on an online radio in that year, right? remember sounded like a single on the radios. I had that version, until my computer literally burned. never found it again.

I think the only SBD from 2005 was from Boston.

Was it slower? I just listened to it and its pretty fast. It's got a little more edge to it too.

I remember it being a video on bj.com for the holidays but I can be wrong.

There was one from Vancouver 2007:

Do you think that next week Obie could would go with a gig in New Years from the vaults?

if this were the case, what would be your choice?

Mine would be Stabler Arena, Bethlehem, PA, 12/31/1992.

I'm sure they will bring out the classic Tokyo 12/31/1988 lol

The New Jersey New Year's Eve 12/31/1986 would be fantastic.
