Well said! Sums up what so many of us are feeling...and about the ticket prices detracting from the good album, I think that it is an unwritten law that us Jovi fans have to be unhappy about something ;)

really well worded letter and 100% factual...i was all set to go to these shows but id rather stay at home than travel all that way to see my favorite band on a big screen from the nosebleeds

I'm assuming that if this petition was posted on BS then it would be deleted, am I right? Haven't been a member of it for a while so not sure. If the petition could be signed by enough people (thousands) then maybe they'd take note. I've moved country and was going to go back to the uk to visit family and go to the tour at the same time but at these prices I just can't justify it. It really makes you feel like the band don't care about the average fan - even the 'cheap seats' are expensive. This is the first time that I've not been sitting by the computer trying to get tickets with all the pre-sales, I don't have that nervous excited feeling, hoping that I'll be able to get good seats, I just feel like I'd be a fool for doing that.
At the end of the day Bon Jovi are the artists, it's their name that will be filling stadiums, if they put their foot down regarding prices they'd get results, why should we scrimp and save to see them if they don't seem to care if we're there or not?

I have been a fan since the 80's and been to many shows but sadly I will not be going to these.
