i was wondering the same thing just then, having just replied to Neils thread. I hope its not too expensive

I think it says that the Bonus DVD is a limited edition run, so there will most likely be a version available with just the CD...but who wants that? lolal

I think the limited edition version with the dvd will probably just be a double cd case, with the dvd at the back, instead of them bothering with a dvd case.

I only know for the Japanese issues. There the version with DVD is 800 Yen = 6,19 Euros more expensive than the version without DVD.
