I didn't. There was nothing in her post that was even about Richie.

From what I've seen, Yovana avoids using more words than necessary to make a point; so I wondered if there was some reason she found it important to note that this guy is a Richie fan. It was idle curiosity since I didn't see how that sheds any additional light on the subject, one way or the other. And, tbh, I still don't.

But now that you brought it up, here's an idea. Maybe it would help if people wouldn't assume that I'm defending Richie just because a post has my name attached to it, or because I ask a question about something that mentions his name. :roll:

Well, their used to be a few (really only a few) diehard Richie fans in file sharing groups etc. from South America who were really the equivalent to those absolute Jon-fanatics we see at some places as well and they were pretty harsh and unfriendly towards other fans. So maybe it was mentioned because of that.

Not a problem. You're not the first, by a long stretch, to mention it. ;)

And I get it. It's exactly those kinds reactions from extreme fans, on either side, that keeps me away from both Team Jon and Team Richie sites. (Might as well stay away, I'd be banned soon enough, anyway! They don't seem to be overly fond of Devil's Advocates.) :D

And I hope I haven't come across as unduly harsh with anyone here. Straightforward, at times, no doubt; but never intentionally rude or mean. If you ever see that, please feel free to call me on it.

Lol, of course my post was a hint; some of these guys know me and I NEVER had a problem with anybody, maybe because even when I criticize I always showed respect for Richie.

But hinting at what was the question... ;)
