What a nice kid :D - I wish my kids would buy me Springsteen tickets - or Bon Jovi tickets or......(insert band name here) tickets LOL.

Oh please - I'll gag LOL. I would like to hope that my kids would know me well enough to know that I would hate a Spice Girls concert.

Though when my daughter was about 7 or 8 they were popular and I had to buy her the albums. Even doing that was painful. Fortunately she has developed far better taste in music :D

Crushgen24/88 12-18-2007 04:50 AM

I'm actually considering getting my dad (an in turn me =p) Springsteen tickets.

Certainly better than annoying him with a BJ ticket. Even older folks woulds take a nap during certain songs from a certain album.

I can just imagine you on a first date....

"So, what do you do when you're not at work?"

"I hang around on a Bon Jovi message board, slagging off the band for introducing a violin player."

BeExcellent 12-18-2007 09:22 PM

I'm gonna assume musicals count - Hairspray in London on Christamas eve.

And my Chris Rock tix arrived today.

Brooooce tommorow! **** yeah.

Have a grand time - I hope you get a really good show :D

Neurotica80 12-19-2007 01:33 AM

Take That - Manchester last night

Amazing show, they can no longer be classed as a boyband. Gary Barlows voice is note perfect and their recent ballads patience and Rule the world sound fantasic live. We were right enxt to the b stage which they used for a few songs, (much to all my friends excitement!!). They will be around for a long time to come.

I don't wanna date you you have to look for another piece of ass sorry.
I wouldn't care for the Violin player if the songs were played with passion and the new songs would be great. Unfortunately they suck big time

At least when TT make a comeback they do it properly, sell out venues, bring out fresh new material. Unlike the washed up band in your avatar and their fans who live in the 80'......

Even the fact that you call them "BAND" is ridiculous. Only Gary ****low plays an instrument the other guys mainly lipsynch and do their lil stupid dance moves. Don't ever mention a ****in boyband together in one sentence with Rock Gods - that's embarrassing.
BTW: The backstreet Boys have a new album out. That's surely sth for you right?
Take That - I cannot believe it!

OK I rather listen to Take That than Lost Highway! You're on the right side then! But apart from that TT are a Pop Band that does nothing for me. They are puppets of their record company.

Maybe you should educate yourself before making throwaway comments. The show I saw on Mon they all sang live and co-wrote the album. They arnt doing a comeback purely for the money like VH...........

i bet you wouldn't know your arse from your elbow in front of a set of decks.

jason used to DJ in ibiza and aiya napa if i'm not mistaken.

the dj's that play there are some of the best in the world and he probably had to do more to prove himself coming from the take that background than anyone else.

Jim Bon Jovi 12-20-2007 12:57 AM

oops sorta strayed off topic.

i decided to go and see ocean colour scene last night and it was ****ing brilliant.

Condolences to the first 4 shows as you could 've thrown your money away which has the same effect.

Congrats to the SPringsteen tix. Unfortunately he wonÄ' be playing near my area in 2008. He is an amazing live performer.

Even the boring Waters (who also cannot sing anymore) is more inspiring than a 2008 BJ show

Crushgen24/88 12-26-2007 04:15 AM

My parents suprised me with tickets to the Springsteen Giants show on 7/27.
So psyched.
