Way better than you make it out to be, IMO. I'd actually enjoy it. Not it is not great but not really bad. Plus the song as a whole is still brilliant live

Errr Ok

I just heard the old intro in Keep The Faith, lol.
Very nice, it's 1992 again; of course, until he sings.
Anyway, I would go to a Bon Jovi concert just to see him in that red T-shirt... >_< jaja

I seriously considered it especially when 3rd and 4th row seats off the side of the stage showed up today for 60 bucks. I’m just older and after last night didn’t feel confident it’d be worth spending 7+ hours driving for. After seeing the setlist I’m glad I didn’t. Still excited about Greenville on Monday.

@DestinationJovi if John Mayer was playing Continuum in its entirety I would but I haven’t enjoyed enough of his newer music. I have more faith in him being great next tour than I do for Bon Jovi so I’m prioritizing.

I'm finding it odd how the press and the casuals are only just now paying attention to the condition of Jon's voice, acting like his voice sounding out of tune and out of breath is a new occurence.

Were they even listening during the THINFS Tour? I will admit Jon's voice during the THINFS seemed slightly more upbeat during some shows but for the most part his overall tone and range was all over the place.

Agree. But Jon's voice has been really terrible at the start of those tours as well... and then he'll settle into just regular terribleness.

I remember in 2017 you were saying things like "Jon's vocals at the MSG were fine and not horrible". Now you're admitting, however, that they were horrendous all along. What was your real opinion in '17, as it seems like you were holding it back at the time?

This has been happening since forever. In 2025 it will be: “at least in 2022 he could still sing”.

Let's face it - he hasn't been able to perform a show like a decent singer from start to finish since 2015. It's just that we're reaching new lows with every tour that make the last one seem "not so bad". But it's been bad for almost a decade now.

Exactly. His vocals started to deteriorate fast during the BWC tour, and by the end of it, he had that whiny tone (just watch the Brisbane show) that I find unbearable. It never got any better and he only went downhill from there.

The thing is, some people try to dissect a song in order to find a single note which he hit it right, but they ignore the other 99 that he hit it wrong.

Better doesn’t mean good. In 2006 he sounded much better than now, but his vocals were trash back then.
