I went to see The Stereophonics the other night! They totally ROCKED!! The amount of nosie was amazing!! :wink:

i see them at the MEN in manchester on wednesday...cant wait!!!!

Cool glad you enjoyed it. Im going to see them in Birmingham on Mon, To be honest I wasnt looking forward to it as much as when I first got the tickets, didnt really like their last album :? But the people who im going with have seen them before and say theyre great live. As long as they play stuff from the first two albums il be happy :)

I don't like them. I had the option to see them in Amsterdam and I turned it down. Glad you enjoyed the show though!

I couldve gone to see them this week at the MEN Arena but I chose not to.

Just Enough Education is one of my fave albums but I cant imagine seeing a show by them, i just think they'd be boring unless you're a die hard Stereophonic fan and know all the songs they've ever done.

You do realise that if only "die hard" fans went to shows the venues would be like a quarter full??? You dont need to know the words to all a bands songs and have all the albums to go see them. I took my best mate to see Jovi in 2000, she only knew Prayer and Always but she loved it!!!

They looked awesome live on TOTP!!

Yes the Stereophonics do look good live on TOTPS, but could you go to a show where most if not all songs are depressing for 2hrs?

And, comparing Jovi to the Stereophonics?! No comparisom! I thought Stereophonics supported BJ in 2001?! And nearly every person said they were crap!

went to see them at the MEN on the JEEP tour. i was very impressed. i own all of the albums upto and including JEEP. they're far too commercialised now so i opted out of buying anymore.

i always ignore people who slag off bands i like! :lol:

No you didnt mention that kelly jones is apparently gorgeous....i dont see it :twisted:

if they know how to rock. then they shoud they really have a problem!!!! cause as a suport act of Bon Jovi they were so damn boring. they sounded like they were playback just standing arround :( I remember we were sitting in the grass wich we didn`t do at any other suport act :(

Oops - I thought this was about the darkness. I did see the phonics live about 4-5 years ago when they supported Aerosmith at Wembley & they were pretty good!!

Glad you enjoyed it Kev, even if you did get that close to kelly on the second row :twisted:
