Can't say I like the look of that colour. If I ever got a stratocaster I'd want it in white or sunburst. I play left-handed though, so I'm not sure how easily available they are. I only have 1 (cheap/crap) electric and a not bad acoustic. I'm crap though, can only really strum a few chords - and even then, not very well. I prefer the acoustic, because the electric one is a bit rubbish, and I'm rubbish with it. I wish I was better, but don't ever see myself being.

Now, don't be so down-hearted. Every guitarist gets those times. The "practise makes perfect" cliche is true.

I've had these guitars ages now, but not got any better, and I don't expect to. I'm not into it enough to try hard enough to be honest.

I'm buying an SLR camera tomorrow, alond with a wide angle lens and a zoom lens.

I've decided to get into it properly, and it's bleeding me for 4.5k :|

I'm going to revitalise my old press stuff (I freelanced in yorkshire for a period) so I figured I'd spend the Xmas bonus on something worth doing ;)

Ah ok, the way you said it didn't imply you had done it before, and I thought it'd be odd a first-timer going for a 1D or something like that :p I've got a 350D and am perfectly happy with it :) I'll get some more lenses when I can afford it (probably just something like a 75-300mm and maybe a good wide-angle too) I've just passed 11,000 shots tonight, had this for about 9 months now I think :)
