Better call Saul

anybody watching the final batch of episodes atm? how are you liking it so far?

over the summer I'm gonna watch all seasons again, up to the conclusion. I only ever made it to S3 before.

Yeah, I've watched it from the beginning. It's very good but not of the same quality as Breaking Bad. The first half of the final season was okay. It was a very, very slow build to a terrific finale. I'm looking forward to the final batch of episodes.

Now it's all over I have to say I think I enjoyed it more than Breaking Bad overall, although the last season and finale of BB was superb.

Literally any of the actors playing the main characters could get an Emmy nomination and deserve it - they were all amazing. Nacho possibly the highlight though.

Agree about Nacho; he was a fantastic character. Lalo Salamanca too.

I was left a bit cold by the end of BCS. There was so little story to sustain the final episodes, and the final season. Reflecting on the show, the aspects that worked best were those storylines that tied directly into the mythology of BB. Personally, I didn't find anything gripping about the Saul/Kim story. Their dynamic was weird and devoid of any sexual tension or spark. I think Rhea Seeborn is very wooden actor.

Decent show but not one I'd go back and rewatch.
