I'm not really too keen on it. The music box intro is awesomely atmospheric, as is the bridge after the guitar solo (the whole "she walked in wearing nothing but a red light" bit). But aside from those bits, it's generally far too mid-paced, the guitars are rather uninspired, and the chorus kinda boring. Take out the music box intro and the bridge, and all you're left with is a somewhat inferior, slower version of In & Out Of Love IMO

I'll have to agree with most of the rest of you; 90% of Tokyo Road is a great song, save for the lame Japanese intro.
