Hi Admins,

I've paid for another years' subscription but I'm still getting adverts. I have just renewed my subscription - I was charged twice though. One of the payments has been refunded so I'm presuming that is where the mixup has occurred.

Please could you investigate?

Hi Nige,

should be solved now, looks like the refund disabled the ad-free status in JT.

Funnily enough I have just renewed and now I'm getting the same problem again.
