Kane Roberts did it, you'll fint it at youtube. I think they wrote it for Cher, not sure, but she sang it atleast. It's never been released by Jovi, but as you probably found out, it avalible ;)

I've got the unofficial cd 'Keep the Faith & New Jersey outtakes'; the song is on it. It's one of my favourites too, from that cd.
