Actually now that I think about it, Duran Duran performed at the last winter Olympics and I remember turning it on halfway through and being confused for a second because I thought Def Leppard was doing Hungry Like the Wolf..

I myself think he is trying to copy Jon's hair. I *LOVE* Def Leppard but Joe hasn't really aged that well and his voice hasn't held up that great either imo.

Last time I heard him live was during VH1's ROCK HONOURS and he's voice sucked big time. I liked their version of 20th Century Boy still. Sounded good.

Joe's voice is not in its best shape these days. It's a good thing Sav, Phil and Viv are all good singers, so that they could back Joe.
