This, The Price Of Love, The Hardest Part Is The Night (!) and Only Lonely are really entertaining tracks. King Of The Mountain and Into The Fire are rather embarrassing. The rest of the record's alright.

The Hardest Part is the best song on the album imo.

I agree. It sounds quite a bit like Dave Bickler-era Survivor, though. I wonder if they were aiming for that sound or if it just happened.

'7800' is my second favourite album by Jovi.

'Tokyo Road'
'In & Out Of Love'
'Silent Night'
'Only Lonely'
'Hardest Part Is The Night'
'Always Run To You'
'Price Of Love'

All great songs, and I enjoy 'To The Fire'.

I don't know why,but I never listened to ''To The Fire'' before,for some reason I always avoided that song, and now that i've listened to it it sounds pretty similar to the synth pop-rock style Depeche Mode used in the 80 untill 90(Violator). It sounds pretty good.

Same as you, the rest is awesome. Only Lonely, Silent Night, Price of Love, The Hardest Part Is The Night, all amazing songs! And the rest are pretty good, even To The Fire.

The only one I dislike is KoM.
