Best Production on a Jovi Song?
 

I've been listening to the mixes of a lot of Jovi songs recently, and I think he one that stands out as the best for me is Damned - it's absolutely incredible.

TBF the whole mix of the These Days album is superb but everything on Damned is crystal clear, from the echo on the guitars on the intro, to the drums throughout and the horns when they kick in. And definitely one of Jon's best vocals.

Damned to me always felt like a second rate KTF, stealing from the Stones as hard as they might. And KTF's production is just sublime, even though its most shining moment can't be separated from the arrangement and performance as well (the breakdown!). Everything just sounds perfect at that moment.

Not sure if that's my pick for the best production, but it's certainly up there.
