To be honest I was very disappointed with the song. It’s quite boring with no real excitement. On THINFS songs like the title track and roller coaster was upbeat and enjoyable, but limitless is just boring. Ever since it’s my life Bon Jovi has been chasing the same theme forever. Don’t get me wrong they have had some success like have a nice day and the experiment of lost highway but besides that nothing that is exciting and different from a lyrical perspective. Unbroken the single released before limitless is not a so called hit but it’s powerful, different, and uplifting from a lyrical point of view. I hope the rest of the album will not be in any similarity to that song.

Is it just me, or does Limitless sound terrible once the chorus kicks in?

I've bought the song through both Google and Amazon Music, long story, but it just sounds terrible to my ears no matter what volume I listen to it on.

The music sounds distorted when the drums start and during the chorus. I don't have this issue with any of the other new songs.

I've also tried several different equalizer settings, bright, bass reducer etc, and have had no luck. Am I going crazy, or is the song mixed horribly?
