Don't have video yet, but about an hour ago, a contestant on The X Factor sang Blaze Of Glory - which they promoted as a Bon Jovi song, even though it isn't. The singer is female, a wanna be country rock chick, and she did such a bad job I almost don't want to post the link to the video when its made available.

Jax did a VERY unique arrangement of Bad Name on American Idol tonight. If you're on the West coast you can still catch it. It will probably be on their website tomorrow.

La'Porsha Renae (MS girl!) is reportedly singing Wanted tonight on American Idol.
“American Idol” mentor Scott Borchetta recently dished on the upcoming episode, telling Taste of Country that he’s worried about La’Porsha singing “Wanted Dead or Alive.” Borchetta called it an “odd choice” for the R&B singer and he tried to talk her out of performing it. “I’m never gonna be comfortable understanding why she would go, ‘I’m a cowboy, on a steel horse I ride,’ ” he said. “It’s like, ‘OK, if that’s the sword you want to take into battle, we will help you as much as we can.” ETA: Just saw it on my DVR and she nailed it! James Durbin - I'll Be There For You - American Idol 2011 Not sure how I feel about the popified arrangement, but Durbin's voice is very similar to Jon's to say the least. He's actually now the lead singer for Quiet Riot. Sophie Stolte - Livin' on a Prayer - The Voice Kids Germany 2015 Fair warning, this one's a bit cringy. |

Technically not a talent show, but the singer once won the Swedish edition of X-Factor and fronted H.E.A.T. many years, now fronting Skid Row. His take on Always, first verse and chorus. Awesome vocals! :) |
Erik is awesome. Miss him in H.e.a.t, don't care about Skid Row much but they got a better singer than Baz in him :) live definitely.
