Couldn't find Elvis Costello's version of Brilliant Disguise on YouTube, but that one's obviously... well, brilliant.

Can I just say - scratch that - I WILL say. I am terribly surprised and sickened at you lot, and myself because I also did not notice until now, that no one has decided to name this thread "COVER ME".

I mean, could there be a more suitable name?

These covers by David Bowie really are BRILLIANT. I was extremely impressed.
It's Hard To Be A Saint is especially great. Been playing them out loud a lot lately.

Yes these are cool. Sounds like Bowie's trying to sing like Bruce. :-) they met in the studio back in the 70-ies when Bowie recorded these 2 tracks.
