According to promoter Guy Beser of Bluestone Entertainment, band leader Jon Bon Jovi told him in 2015 that he loved performing in Israel and was going to come back.

"He’s received more than 5,000 letters from BDS [Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions] activists who are against the show but he said ‘I chose Israel and I’m coming, no one will cancel my show.’ This is an example of an old school artist that isn’t afraid about his career,” said Beser.

Anybody know what's been played so far? It's the last show of this leg, so I'd realistically expect Roulette, My Guitar Lies Bleeding In My Arms and maybe If I Was Your Mother. ;)

Always wasn't planned or an audible

Quite a lot of changes in the placement of the songs, gotta say I like it :D

The changes are probably because it's the last show of this leg.

I wonder what had been planned to open the encore since the crossed out word is very short, so it couldn't have been In These Arms or IBTFY.

Sleep? Would have been a major let down but would fit.

I think they also write I'd Die For You as "Die 4 U" or "Die 4 You" on the setlists, so it might've been that one too.

That's more likely for the encore I imagine

Judging by the IG clips, it was really really bad.

Oh, and he completely skipped the last chorus in Prayer

That'd make it even more baffling why he threw in Always.

My guess would be Memory. Dry County is also fairly short so you never know. Disappointing if that's what was crossed out.

The crowd seems so dull

I’d like to go to see if I can see what everyone gets out of it.
Never been on a cruise but the thought of paying that kind of money to watch modern day Jon for me is madness.

But each to their own I guess.

It's a lot of money and I wouldn't do it myself but I paid a lot of money recently for the shows and trips and the trips alone are worth it. The people make the memories that are with you just as much as the band/Jon.

Well well well,
So Israel got 22 songs, just like the first show they did over there in 2015.
The setlist contained BOR and Always, a few songs were in different places. No raise your hands, but BTBMY to follow the opener. And finally 4 songs of THINFS were played ( Thinfs, Rollercoaster, God Bless this mess, We don't Run - OK, WDR was on the bridges album too in a somewhat demo version but I concider is to be a THINFS song)

Pretty cool setlist for those who were there and those who have seen multiple shows this tour.

Based on the vids, Jon made it more or less through the first vers and chorus of always.

So, I guess they will be able to come back to Israel in the future.

The stage though was a bit simplified. Kinda the thing they put in Moscow.
I guess that's all due to logistical limitations and I would cost too much to get their own equipment over there.
