I noticed that Jon's vocals sounded, mostly, good, aside from that he looked like a statue and didn't move a muscle.

Those were pre-recorded vocals, right?

Most likely sang live and later touched up his vocals for the "live premiere".

Delete You Can, Lost Highway and Who Says and it's a nice short setlist proper of a rock band.
