I was listening to The Final Countdown (after downloading the track a few days ago). Thinking whether I should get into the band.

They any good?

Any CD/DVD Recommendations?

It's a swedish band, not swiss.

If you like Glam Metal, I'm sure you will like all the Europe material. The Final Countdown album is amazing, it has one of my favorite Power Ballads ever called Carrie.

They're pretty good, yes. Seen 'em live in 2006 actually and had fun.

The Final Countdown (album) is probably their most solid release; I'd also recommend Prisoners In Paradise - but they're all good. The stuff after the reunion is different, but okay.

One of my favourite bands. I think Out Of This World is their best album. Albums they´ve released in 00´s are ok too, but more guitar oriented. I like the sound they had in the 80´s, with more keyboards. Check youtube if you wanna see/hear more of their songs. There´s plenty of them available.

It's a better album, IMO. No filler.

I've got their Greatest Hits. Rock The Night and Ready Or Not are friggin' awesome. To me anyway.
