Only the Europeans and I think Japanese audiences do this. In America they don't. It was strange at Giants and Hartford when no-one exept of the Europeans clapped this way LOL.

Yes. In the past there has been a small fight between backstage and drycounty because they (the American backstagers) claimed they were the one who started it. How silly.

With Captain Crash it was in fact Jon who started it during the Crush-tour and the audience still does it. This was not an idea of the audience.
