Anybody know what the hell is going on with these tickets? The general public sale is 04/26/03, six days away, and I haven't heard anything about the AMEX pre-sale. I've checked ticketmaster and my e-mail day after day but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated! :cry:

Right now, Ticketmaster is showing that the Columbus show's pre-sale is this Wednesday (4/23) at 10AM, but doesn't have anything listed for Cincy yet. I'd imagine that they'd both be on Wednesday at 10AM since they're grouped together on the same general on-sale date, but I guess you'll have to play that one by ear. Good luck! :D

I didn't get my American XS email for the last batch until a day or 2 before they went on sale. Look for the email early next week.

BEWARE....that presale is for getAccess presale tickets, which is like $60.00 for the membership. :bad-word: It is not the American Express presale, which is totally different. (Thought you should know that before you go to buy tickets & have to pay even more money to get them!!!) I've been getting emails for the presales for every other date except Ohio from AMEX! I just have to wonder how many PRESALES they can have. Are general admission tickets going to be lawn seats. God for bid anybody get good seats who didn't fork out more cash somewhere else along the lines!

Thanks for the heads-up -- the GetAccess thing is all a sham -- sure, you get to participate in a pre-sale, but you're not getting any better tickets than AXS or MSN pre-sales. In fact, I figured out the GetAccess password on Friday during the MSN pre-sale and realized that the seats I was throwing back into the system from the MSN pre-sale (which were terrible for WI) were coming up through the GetAccess system. :shock: It's a shame that some people are going to fork out $60 and realize that they're getting the same poo that AXS and MSN was giving out.

I couldn't help but notice you! I'm quite sure you remember me from Backstage (I hate admitting that I go there)! I had a little spat with your friend Lisa :roll: it was ridiculous! Anyways, are you still posting over there? I've been here for a little while 'cause those boards are getting plain stupid! They are deleting everything people post & you can't say anything without pissing somebody off! I love it here. There aren't as many posters here but Mongoose seems like a great person & he lets people post their opinions! If he sees something is getting out of hand, he just locks the post up and leaves it there. At least that way, you can still read it and laugh at it (I am referencing one post in particular that I found quite amusing). I do still go over to "la...la...land" to check tour info but that's it and I will stop once the summer shows I am going to are over! Hope to see ya around here. Sorry 'bout anything stupid I did at Backstage - I don't need that place haunting me! Have fun posting!!!! :D

Ah, yes, I do still post on Backstage, although I haven't been posting a whole lot lately because of finals season here in college. I've been there since May of 2001 so it's kind of hard to leave, no matter how many times someone has irked me or rubbed me the wrong way. :wink: I've been posting/lurking around DryCounty's message boards since May of 2001, too, but since they revamped the format over the summer, I had to re-register. It's like entering two different worlds, LOL :D

Also -- it was just posted at Backstage that AXS e-mails would be issued sometime today -- so keep an eye on your mail box! And good luck!

I'll give you LOTS of credit for that. Within four months, I learned to hate those boards. They are good for keeping up with tour info but nothing more from what I've seen. I never meant to rub anybody the wrong way but they make it so easy! Doesn't really matter though - my whole point in going there is simply 'cause I am a Bon Jovi fan and I still am so at least they didn't take that away from me. Plus, thanks to Backstage, I found these boards so I guess they did one thing right! I just prefer these boards...they're a lot friendlier from what I've seen so far.

I finally got my e-mail about the presales today and the sales are tomorrow. Talk about short notice. I am just hoping for decent seats. If I don't get any closer than I have my last four shows, I won't be going. I think I've spent enough on Bon Jovi this year!
