for the 1st time ever ive been able to say i really didn't want to drink alcohol. from last sunday till this sunday i was out every night or day drinkin and by time it got to friday i was out of it. i just sat thinking i can't keep this up much longer. suffice to say after several quick vodkas id forgotten all about it and drank right thru the nite till 15 minutes before i had to go to work and ended up falling asleep in work stinking of booze.

went dancin on sunday night and was actually sitting thinkin brilliant man after this i can stop drinkin.

dunno man maybe im gettin too old and i fot i wudnt want to go out till saturday at the latest but my mates r wantin to go to a rather cool bar on thursday afternoon and im pretty much up for it providing ive finished this massive report ive to do.

anyone else ever thought maybe they're getting past it then thinkin **** it ill sleep when im dead? :)

also applies to "i really shouldn't go to this concert"

and then saying (considering the music you probably know i like by now, and other factors):

"**** it - i'll save money when they're dead"

don't worry about it man im not retiring yet far from it but u try drinkin vodka and cider 8 nights in a row (including some days) and tell me u still want to drink.

it actually got to the point where my body wudnt take anymore in i just couldnt bring myself to do it cos i was a wreck.

that's what you scots were made for.....i thought i could sup until i met some scottish lads on holiday

Drinkin's never as much fun when its done legally!!! I think I drank more when i were 16 and 17 that what i do now (im 22), although I havnta clue how i managed it being a poor student!!!

the problem wasn't the amount of drink i mean i drank over a litre of vodka on friday night and went str8 into work, it was just the fact that it was like non stop punishment to my body for over a week. if i hadnt went into work without any sleep i would have probably been fine.

anyways dont worry im goin out 2moro afternoon for what should be a heavy session. was supposed to be our underground pub crawl but some people have pulled up so its cocktails and cider all round in firewater then onto the dancing or union at night.
